Rates: 1 room efficiency and 1 bedroom suites are based on 2 people per room; two bedroom rates are based on four people. Extra person charges are noted.

Deposits & Cancellations: 50% is required on all reservations. Reservations are considered as commitments for full period requested and are subject to confirmation; no refunds on late arrivals or early departures.  All cancellations and date changes are subject to $50.00 handling charge. To obtain a refund, you must advise us 14 days prior to arrival date – less a $50.00 handling fee. If notification is less than 14 days, your entire deposit will be forfeited.

Payments: Balance is due upon arrival. Cash, Major Credit Cards or Travelers Checks are acceptable. We regret that we cannot accept personal checks at check-in time.

Dock space: transient and seasonal dock space is available, call for rates and terms.
