The Penny Lane

Joining the Lark Hotels family in 2026, The Penny Lane welcomes you to a vintage Hamptons waterfront retreat, thoughtfully reimagined for the modern traveler. A sense of laid-back luxury infuses our 18-room property, blending classic beach-chic design with warm, experienced hospitality and modern amenities that make settling in feel effortless.

Mornings are slow and sunlit by Penny Pond. Afternoons filled with bike rides to uncrowded ocean beaches or lounging on the lawn or poolside. Evenings start with sunsets over the water, then down the street for the catch of the day fresh off local fishing boats, live music and soaking in the local flavors of the old-school Hamptons.

At The Penny Lane, we honor the landscape, the pace, and the people that shape Hampton Bays, creating a stay that feels welcoming, grounded, and refreshingly unforced.
