POLICIES/NOTICES/FEES

  • Guest must be at least 21 years of age to check-in
  • Guest must present a valid photo ID at time of check-in
  • No Pets. Service dogs are permitted with advance notice and proof of proper credentials
  • Alcohol use by minors and use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Violators will be subject to immediate removal from the premises and no refunds will be given.
  • Excessive noise- ie loud voices, loud music resulting in guest complaints is prohibited.
  • Misconduct or misuse of the property is prohibited
  • Check-in is from 2:00pm on. Requests for early check-in will be subject to availability and at a $25/hour fee

NO SMOKING POLICY: The Drake Inn is a 100% smoke-free property. No smoking is permitted anywhere on property. $500 fee for any in-room smoking and $250 for outdoors/on property smoking is strictly enforced. I (Guest) understand this is a smoke-free property and agree the above noted fees may be charged to my credit/debit card on file should I violate this strict policy.

GROUNDS CURFEW: Quiet time is from 12 Midnight until 8:00am. During that time, guests may not congregate outdoors. Please be considerate of your neighbors so everyone can enjoy a peaceful night’s rest.  Guest complaints will result in a $250 fee applied to violating guest(s) credit/debit card(s) on file and for serious issues police will be called.

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD AUTHORIZATION & DAMAGE POLICY: Credit/debit cards will be authorized at check-in for the total amount of your stay. Please walk-through and inspect your room(s) upon arrival and call the Drake Inn office to report any damage so that it may be noted to our records. You are liable for any additional damage howsoever caused by you or any person in your party to the allocated room(s) and/or premises during your stay. The Drake Inn reserves the right to charge your credit/debit card such amounts as it shall in its sole discretion deem fit to compensate for any and all loss, damage or expenses caused by youor any person in your party.

UNREGISTERED GUEST/PARKING/PARTY POLICY: It is our objective to ensure that allour guests have a pleasant stay at the Drake Inn. Because of this concern for all our guests, parties are not permitted in our guest rooms, suites or on premises. The Drake Inn management reserves the right to remove any violators who do not adhere to our “No Parties” Policy. This document will be considered a first warning. No second warning will be given.

  • Parking is allowed for registered guests only. Additional vehicles will be towed at the vehicle owners’ expense.
  • At check-in, all guests’ names and addresses will be provided to the Drake Inn Office. Ages for any guests under 21 will also be provided.
  • Any unregistered guests will incur a fee of $100/night, to be charged to the credit card on file for that room reservation.
  • All policies will be enforced for the comfort and safety of all our guests.

IN-ROOM SAFES: We have provided an an-room safe for the security of your valuables. You will find the safe key inserted in its lock. $100 replacement fee will be charged for any missing in-room safe keys.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to your arrival date will incur a fifty dollar administrative fee. 
Cancellations made between 30 days and 14 days prior to your arrival date will incur a fifty percent cancellation fee. 
Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to your arrival date will be charged for full length of stay. 
Failure to check-in on your reserved arrival date will be charged for full length of stay.
All noted fees are subject to NY State and Local Lodging Taxes
